This Privacy Policy explains how DoseRx ("we", "our", or "us", operated by SoloDevDoc) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our mobile application DoseRx: Clinical Drug Reference (Package ID: com.solodevdoc.doserx) available on Google Play.

1. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver clinical drug monographs, calculations, and account features:

  • Authentication Information (Optional): When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your basic public profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture identifier) provided by Firebase Authentication. You may use the core reference features without signing in.
  • Subscription & Financial Verification Data: When purchasing our Pro offline micro-subscription, purchase tokens and transaction status are processed securely through Google Play In-App Billing and verified via RevenueCat. We do not store or process your credit card or bank details directly.
  • Device & Usage Diagnostics: For Free Tier users, non-personally identifiable diagnostic and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) may be processed by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display non-intrusive banner advertisements.
  • Clinical Input Data: Patient parameters (e.g., body weight, BSA, creatinine level) entered into our point-of-care calculators are calculated locally on your device in real-time and are never transmitted to our servers or stored remotely.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / TLS 1.3) during all network transmissions. Offline database queries occur entirely inside your local device sandbox.

In accordance with Google Play developer policies and international data protection standards (GDPR / CCPA):

  • You may request full deletion of your account and associated Firebase Auth profile directly within the app settings or by contacting us via email.
  • Upon receipt of a deletion request, all account records are permanently purged within 30 days.

DoseRx is a specialized clinical pharmacology tool intended exclusively for healthcare professionals, clinical students, and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
