1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the DoseRx mobile application or related web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Use License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DoseRx on Android devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with these Terms and Google Play policies.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

DoseRx provides a Free Tier with online search and advertisements, and a Pro Tier subscription ("Community Micro-Pass") offering 100% full offline database access and an ad-free experience:

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Google Play Billing.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

DoseRx is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
