1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the DoseRx mobile application (Package ID: com.solodevdoc.doserx) or related web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DoseRx on Android devices owned or controlled by you in compliance with Google Play Store policies and applicable international laws.

3. Tiers, Subscriptions & Billing

DoseRx provides flexible access tiers designed to support both casual reference and full offline clinical practice:

  • Free Tier: Includes search catalog, structured dosing rules, and all point-of-care clinical calculators with non-intrusive banner advertisements. Free tier users can unlock full white-label monographs for 1 hour by viewing short sponsor videos.
  • DoseRx Pro Subscription: Unlocks 100% full offline database access, complete white-label clinical monographs, zero advertisements, and automatic Over-The-Air (OTA) delta database updates. Subscriptions are available in 1-Year (Annual Best Value), 6-Month (Clinical Semester Pass), and 1-Month (Single Rotation Pass) auto-renewing plans.
  • Billing & Cancellation: All subscriptions are billed securely through Google Play In-App Billing and managed via RevenueCat Customer Center. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time directly through Google Play Store > Subscriptions or the in-app Manage Subscription button.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are processed according to Google Play Store standard refund policies.

4. Professional Medical Responsibility

DoseRx is a point-of-care clinical reference tool. Medical practitioners and healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for verifying drug dosages, evaluating patient allergies, cross-checking organ clearance contraindications, and exercising independent clinical judgment before prescribing or administering medication.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability Limitation

DoseRx is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoloDevDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from software usage.
