Super Converter uses standard conversion factors and formulas based on internationally recognized standards. Our conversions are accurate to at least 8 significant digits for most categories. For specialized scientific or industrial applications requiring extreme precision, we recommend verifying with specialized tools.

The free version offers basic functionality with some limitations, while the premium version provides a complete experience:

• Free Version: Basic unit conversions across 8 categories, ad-supported, limited conversion history (5 items), and standard app features
• Premium Version: All unit conversions (12+ categories), ad-free experience, unlimited conversion history, custom unit creation, dark mode, and priority support

To subscribe to the premium version of Super Converter:

1. Download the app from Google Play Store
2. Open the app and tap on the "Go Premium" button in the menu or on any premium feature
3. Select your preferred subscription plan (monthly or yearly)
4. Follow the Google Play payment instructions

Once your payment is processed, you'll have immediate access to all premium features.

To cancel your premium subscription:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right
3. Select "Payments & subscriptions"
4. Tap on "Subscriptions"
5. Find "Super Converter" in the list and tap on it
6. Select "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Please note that cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid automatic renewal.

Super Converter offers a wide range of conversion categories:

• Basic Categories (Free): Length, Weight/Mass, Temperature, Volume, Area, Time, Digital Storage, Speed
• Premium Categories: Currency, Energy, Power, Pressure, Angle, Fuel Efficiency, Data Transfer Rate, and Cooking Units

We regularly add new categories and units based on user feedback.

Yes, with the premium version, you can create custom conversion units. This is particularly useful for specialized fields or regional units that may not be included in our standard offerings.

To create a custom unit:

1. Go to Settings > Custom Units
2. Select "Add New Unit"
3. Choose the category it belongs to
4. Enter a name, symbol, and conversion factor relative to the base unit
5. Save your custom unit

Your custom unit will then appear in the appropriate category for use in conversions.

Yes, Super Converter works completely offline for all standard conversion categories. Once you've downloaded the app, you can perform conversions without an internet connection.

However, some features require an internet connection:

• Currency conversion (requires up-to-date exchange rates)
• Syncing conversion history across devices
• Downloading updates to the app
• In-app purchases

To install Super Converter on your Android device:

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device
2. Search for "Super Converter"
3. Tap on our app (look for our logo - a blue exchange icon)
4. Tap "Install"
5. Once installation is complete, tap "Open" to launch the app

Super Converter is compatible with Android devices running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later.

It depends on your account status:

• Free Users without Account: Your conversion history is stored locally on your device and will be lost if you uninstall the app.
• Premium Users with Account: Your conversion history is synced to our servers and can be recovered when you reinstall the app and sign in to your account.

We recommend creating an account and subscribing to premium for the best experience and to ensure your data is backed up.
