Welcome to Super Converter. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Super Converter mobile application ("the App") available on the Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access or use the App.

1. Use License

Super Converter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.

This license is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Modify or make derivative works based on the App
• Copy or reproduce any part of the App in any medium
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
• Transfer the App to another person or "mirror" it on any other server

2. Subscription and Payments

Super Converter offers both free and premium subscription options. By subscribing to our premium service:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store account settings
• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods

3. User Content

Our App may allow you to save conversion history and custom units. You retain all rights to such content, but grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display such content as necessary to provide the App's services.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, and design elements, is owned by Super Converter and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate conversions, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the App. Any reliance on conversions obtained through the App is at your own risk. Please see our Disclaimer for more information.

6. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or update our App and any service or material we provide through it without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the App is unavailable at any time.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Super Converter, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
